Who we are connected to
We are connected to the following organisations:
Wesleyan Reform Union
We are part of the Wesleyan Reform Union. The Wesleyan Reform Union is a registered charity and a small denomination of a 100 or so churches, each church has complete autonomy and financial independence.
The Evangelical Alliance
We are a member of the Evangelical Alliance. The Alliance is the largest body serving evangelical Christians in the UK, and has a membership including denominations, churches, organisations and individuals. As part of a movement 'uniting to change society' the Alliance promotes unity and truth, acts as an evangelical voice to the state, society and the wider church, and works collaboratively with Alliance members and other evangelicals, to present Christ credibly as good news for spiritual and social transformation.
Prayer for Bradford
We are also involved with and support Prayer for Bradford, Prayer for Bradford provides churches in Bradford the opportunity to come together to pray for all aspects of our city and to take action as appropriate. In particular we are praying for local people, that God would bless them, encourage them and challenge them to change where change is necessary. Additionally we support each other and seek to promote unity between the churches in Bradford. (As Psalm 133 says: 'where there is unity, there the Lord commands His blessing.' Through this unity we hope to have an increasingly significant Christian voice in the city that both influences and responds to events, issues, etc.
